Cross Country Skiing
Nordic circuits
Those who love cross-country skiing have a wide choice with seven nordic circuits covering 12 km (available for cross country skiing, snowshoes and pedestrian walks), carefully prepared in different parts of the resort, and a 8 km piste linking Châtel to La Chapelle d’Abondance.
You will need to take the Super-Châtel gondola to reach the circuit on the Super-Châtel domain.
Access to Châtel's nordic circuits is free, except for the Corne Noire slope making connection with La Chapelle area.

(3)= Abondance, la Chapelle d’Abondance and the Corne Noire pist in Châtel.
Adult: from 16 to 70 yrs old.
Junior: from 6 to 16 yrs old.
Group rates : over 13 people.
Free for: people under 6 and over 70 yrs old for people having a valid La Chapelle ski pass on Châtel slopes (except Corne Noire : link with La Chapelle).
Sale point: in Châtel you can buy your ticket at the underground carpark cashier.
