Rental Prices :
Prices include the rent and costs of heating, water, hot water, and electricity. Prices DO NOT include cleaning, bed linen and towels. The apartment has a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
Reservations and Deposit :
Reservations must be confirmed by email or written notice and followed up within 7 days by payment of a deposit of £150 (or 200 Euros). Deposit payment can be made by cheque (payable to Mrs R Roberts) and mailed to the address below. This deposit will also act as a damage / keys deposit which is payable in addition to the rental fee and will be returned at the end of the holiday on return of keys. If the apartment is found to be either unclean or untidy on day of your departure you will be charged for a 3rd party cleaner at a fixed price of £100 which will be deducted from your deposit, so please be careful to leave the apartment in a nice clean and tidy state.
Full Payment :
Full payment must be received 4 weeks before your arrival date. Payment to be made by cheque (payable to Mrs R Roberts) and should be accompanied by a photocopy of your passport or drivers license and mailed to the address below. Bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date must be paid in full (full rental payment & deposit).
Keys : Keys, directions, instructions and apartment inventory will be posted on receipt of full payment and a pre-paid envelope will be provided for the return of keys.
Cancellation : All cancellations must be confirmed by registered letter or email. Cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date will result in loss of deposit.
Arrival :
The apartment will not be available before 14:00 on the day of arrival. The apartment is made available to you with all necessary furniture, equipment and utensils for 4 persons. When moving into the apartment, you should check that it is in good condition and report any fault within 24 hours.(see contact details below) Should you arrive at the apartment and find it is not clean please report this immediately and we will arrange a cleaner to visit the apartment as soon as possible.
Departure :
You are asked to leave the apartment clean and tidy and in the same condition as when you arrived. Any subsequent cleaning or damage will be charged against your deposit. The amount of the deposit does not limit the extent of your responsibility. On leaving the apartment we ask you to turn off the electricity and leave the fridge door open. You are required to vacate the apartment by 10:00 on the morning of departure.
Insurance :
The apartment has an insurance contract covering the various risks related to its ownership and usage. The personal belongings of the tenant are not covered by this insurance, so you will have to insure them against fire or theft if you feel it is necessary.
Animals : No pets or animals are allowed in the apartment.
Validity of Contract :
The contract is valid only after you have signed it and it has been received by the owners. It is important to note that the apartment must not be occupied by more than 4 persons. Failure to adhere will result in non-refund of your deposit.
Other Services: (Linen)
You can either take your own bedding and towels etc, or you can rent.
If taking your own you will require bedding sheets and duvet covers for two double size beds. Plus bath / hand and floor towels.
(We do also keep two single duvet covers in the apartment)
